Condolence: How do you write something so brief about someone who lived for so many years? You were quite the character! You had such passion and were so firm in your conviction. It was so fun to listen to you talk about politics. You always made sure you knew what was going on in the world and loved to discuss it. Your humor was witty and it was a joy to share the laughs we did! You LOVED to shop! I never thought I would shop for a corset with someone in their 80's, but you were young at heart, never slowing down until many years after most. Of course, that speaks again to your drive! I'll never forget the first time I received one of your letters! You were so well written. It was always so fun to receive a letter or card from you! Lastly, having our children meet their great grandmother was such a privilege and I am so grateful that they were able to experience that. Growing up with no grandparents myself, it was awesome to see the kids with you! Thank you for the time you shared with us. We will cherish our memories of you in our hearts forever! Rest in Peace!!

Condolence: Although the times we spent together were few and far between, I found it very enjoyable and special. My mom was a widow from the time I was eleven and I must say all the elderly ladies I met were characters just like you Mary. God bless and pray for all of us you left behind.

Condolence: There was no one like my mom. We would watch a mystery and wonder who did it. But mom said it was so and so. I would say no, but sure enough mom was right! Also she had a psychological gift concerning people. This gift has passed onto my daughter Michelle too. Mom knew what she wanted and she generally got it. She was her own person! We will miss her greatly.

Condolence: Grandma words can't say what the heart can, you were there with me from the very beginning of my life and I had the blessing of you there with me everyday during my whole childhood. We laughed, talked philosophy, politics, people, how crazy the world was and shared a similar sense of humor. You were like no one I have ever met or will meet and I love you and miss you very much. You will now be with grandpa, your brother, parents and I have no doubt will be raising heck in the afterlife. I only pray St. Peter has his I's dotted and T's crossed because heaven is about to receive a handful! You had absolutely no fear of what others thought of you and that is something I wish I had more of and always admired in you. You stood up for yourself and your loved ones when you needed to and brought much levity, sizzle and bang wherever you went and you will always be my grandma; I love you and miss you always. Love- Mikey
