Condolence: I was in JFK yesterday and heard the sad news about Joe. I had the privilege and pleasure of working with him on airline partner projects in JFK 10 years ago. I have never forgotten his helpful support, encyclopedic knowledge of JFK's structure inside and out and ability to work through any challenge that presented itself as it usually did. I have no doubt if I called him at any time, he would have be the same Joe with that great sense of humor and self-deprecating kindness that made him so memorable. I am so sorry for your loss. We will all miss him.
