I have had the pleasure of working with Ugo for the past 20+ years and feel like I know him forever. He was a warm and caring person with a ready smile and story if you had the time to chat. He was also quite the fitness buff and invited me to join his daily staircase walks at Pershing Plaza when I was transferred there back in 2014. I was only able to complete it once and marveled at how he did it every day! I will miss you my friend - Eileen Donnelly
